We didn’t start as friends—just two students attending a few of the same modules at Vaal University of Technology, on a day that felt completely ordinary at the time.

The campus was busy, students rushing to lectures, laughter floating through the corridors, and the sun resting softly on the old buildings. We never imagined that day would quietly change our lives.
